As you enter the home, the downstairs queen bedroom features a warm and inviting decor and has direct access to the family bathroom. There is a TV and plenty of space for your clothing. The spacious kitchen features a breakfast bar and has a view of the splash pool. Grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar or sit down at the dining table for a delicious home cooked meal. Lounge in the comfortable living room furniture, including a super comfortable chair and ottoman that will be the perfect place for an after theme park nap. All of this is just steps from the screened in splash pool. The splash pool is the perfect location to grab some sun, or cool off from a busy day. Bigger than a hot tub, smaller than a conventional pool, the splash pool is sure to please everyone in your family. The corner location means more sunshine and plenty of breezes to make for a perfect poolside day. Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms. The twin room features its own bathroom a TV and plenty of closet/storage space. The King Master Suite is well appointed with a TV and ample space for your belongings. PLEASE NOTE: *Electric pool heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date, and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. 3 day minimum. Cost: 3 days $116 plus tax, 4 days $140 plus tax, 5 days $164 plus tax, 6 days $188 plus tax 7 days $212 plus tax. 8+ days $30/per day plus tax. The heater will be turned on for the duration requested, once requested and paid for. Please note that while the heater will raise the water temperature, the final temperature can be affected by outside factors such as cooler daytime weather, windy conditions, and especially lower nighttime temperatures. These natural conditions can cause heat loss, which means the pool may not always reach your preferred warmth, even with the heater running continuously. The pool heat fee covers the cost of operating the heater and is not a guarantee of a specific water temperature. Once heating begins for your stay, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions or temperature variations. By requesting pool heat, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We want you to have the best possible experience, and we’ll do everything we can to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals. Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and all the resort facilities. Other things to note Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company, and they will need access to the pool/Spa area. On rare events they may have to come a 2nd time. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out of it so that they can perform their work. Generally, the pool service takes approximately 30 minutes. Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company. They will need access to the lawn/bushes around the home including any fenced in back yards. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc.
