Cozy Ski Cottage at Mount Sunapee!

Our cozy ski cottage on the shore of Lake Sunapee is the perfect place for your winter getaway! The house is in a quaint neighborhood less than a mile from Mount Sunapee Resort, which is consistently ranked #1 in the East for their snow making and grooming. Beyond skiing, the local area has great restaurants, activities and attractions catering to fun in all seasons. Come ski and play this winter! The space Our home is airy and sun-filled, with views of Lake Sunapee and dock access for nighttime star gazing. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and sun porch overlooking the lake with both a comfortable day bed and couch. The open living space includes comfortable furniture to relax, read a good book or take a nap after a long day of skiing. There is a built-in dining nook for 6, as well as a smart TV and bluetooth speaker for your use. The second floor has a spacious master suite and full bath. In addition to the dock, there is an outdoor deck with a gas grill. Guest access Guests have access to the full house, including outdoor areas. There is parking available for two vehicles. Other things to note Please note, we typically allow only six guests. Required minimum age of primary renter is 25. There is snow plowing and shoveling service. We provide all towels, linens and coffee, tea and creamer. We don't allow pets due to allergies.
