If by chance the LG break is not working — it usually is — remember you’re only 3km from the legendary K38 break. Note that this is a private apartment; the only shared spaces are the community pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area. The space Located south of Tijuana at the 41KM marker, the Las Gaviotas complex is home to one of Baja's best surf breaks and gorgeous coastal views. Tennis court, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, putting green, beach volley ball and shuffle board are also in the complex. The apartment is 15 minutes from the bustling town of Rosarito, and is close to a wide range of great dining and shopping options. The "lobster village" of Puerto Nuevo is five minutes south of Las Gaviotas, and the beautiful wineries of Guadalupe Valley are an hour away. The 27-hole championship golf course "Baja Mar" is a 25 minute drive from your doorstep. Wireless internet access is provided; 24 hour security ensures peace of mind. Other things to note The patio on the side of the house is for guests to use if they want. The chair cushions are in the apt.
