The space This is a 460 sq. ft. fully furnished condo that can comfortably accommodate 4 guests but if you don’t mind being in close quarters, it can sleep up to 6 guests (4 adult travelers and 2 children, per HOA regulations). It is equipped with full kitchen with new granite counters, full size range, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker, pots & pans, silverware, dishes, wine opener, crock pot, electric fry pan, blender, tea and coffee pot (coffee included). It includes luxury towels and linens. Flat Screen TV, Free WIFI, 2 Pools (1 heated), and 4 portable chairs for your use at beach, (Don't forget to bring beach towels, sunglasses, hats and sunscreen. You agree to hold harmless owners of any and all liability resulting from any injury related to use of the bunk beds. While tenants are allowed to have visitors no more than the number of people authorized on the reservation may stay in the room (4 adults and 2 children maximum per HOA regulations). Failure to comply will result in tenants getting vacated without refund of any moneys. Please note all visitors must check in. All guest must check in at the lobby for vehicle parking sticker and gate keys. Please note there is an additional one time fee of $20 for parking, pools and beach access.
