Waterfront Beach House, pet friendly, with mooring

This spacious waterfront house is situated on a private beach just 1.5miles from the town of Friday Harbor in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The beach is perfect for relaxing, sea glass hunts, fort building, launching a kayak or even swimming if you don't mind cold water . Local otters and other sea life will often swim by for a visit, and sunrises and sunsets are dependably Insta gram-worthy. Fiber internet for many concurrent zoom meetings or streams! The space Built in 2007, the house is 2700 square feet with incredible views of Griffin Bay. Three California King beds sleep a maximum of six people. Spacious living areas both upstairs and downstairs give plenty of room for activities and a full kitchen and laundry room provide all the comforts of home. Parking for up to three cars is available on-site. There is a mooring 200ft off the beach you are welcome to use once a liability waiver is signed..... Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house along with the yard and beach in front of the house. Important: The neighbors beaches are also private so beach access is restricted to the beach within the property/fence lines (100ft of private beach) Other things to note The manager lives at the neighboring house and is available if the need arises, but will be happy to give guests whatever level of privacy they require. This is a very quiet neighborhood and on windless summer nights, noise projects VERY easily around the small bay so for my neighbors sake, this property is NOT suitable for parties or post wedding gatherings etc. It is best suited to groups and families who are looking forward to enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Pets are welcome with the following policy: 1. Pets must be in control on the property and stay within the property lines (yard is not enclosed) 2. Pets must do no damage to the house. 3. Pets are not allowed to sleep on the beds as it is often very difficult to ensure every hair is removed. 4. All dog poop must be picked up from the yard, bags are supplied in the dispenser on the back deck. During the winter, the wind can get somewhat loud as it passes over this side of the island.
