Beautiful well cared Home with pool the heart of the Guadalupe Valley, located inside Rancho Sordo Mundo. It’s very peaceful and you will be able to enjoy some quiet time. It’s right off the main highway from Tecate to ensenada. 5 minutes away from the local town valle de Guadalupe and neighbors to encuentro Guadalupe and Cetto. It is very comfy and spacious, a full kitchen to be able to cook meals, a nice living room to enjoy some reading or game nights. Count with a beautiful view and patio. The space It's a peaceful place to end your night for a good rest and very close to all the great places in the Guadalupe Valley. It has 2 bedrooms inside the main house plus 3 extra separate rooms on the side, each with their own private bathroom. Please be aware that we are a Ranch and there are always little bugs and ants around. Please be aware of this. We try our best to have everything very clean, but nature always finds a way. NOTE: POOL AVAILABLE A very peaceful place, perfect for resting, 5 minutes from wineries and restaurants. We are a house inside a large ranch, our space has the main house, with 2 rooms with A\C, plus 3 rooms with their private bathroom on one side of it, the whole set around the outdoor garden. Please keep in mind that we are a Ranch and there are always ants or small insects around. Please keep that in mind. We strive to keep our facilities as clean as possible. NOTE: POOL AVAILABLE Guest access Our property is big and others live on the property, we ask not to wander around just for the privacy of others. You are able to use the kids play area. You can also enjoy the front patio, which is very enjoyable. Music and partying after 10:00 pm WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! THERE ARE OTHER RESIDENTIAL HOMES HERE THAT NEED TO BE RESPECTED. The property is large and other people live around this apartment building. We ask that you please do not wander around the ranch for privacy reasons for those who live there. You will have access to the recreation area. You can also enjoy the terrace outside the apartments and enjoy a beautiful view with a beautiful sunset. Music and parties after 10 pm will not be tolerated! There are other residential houses around that need to be respected. Other things to note music and partying after 10:00 pm WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!
