My place is close to Denver, Boulder, and the Mountains. You’ll love my place because of the location, the neighborhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). You will have the entire basement of our house while we will be upstairs. There is a locked door between the two units. We are very respectful of our guest's privacy and will not come downstairs during your stay nor will our two cats. We are 420 friendly. The space This area comfortably sleeps 4 people with the 2 bedrooms. If you or your fellow guests are willing to sleep on couches, more can be accommodated. We are happy to provide an air mattress for larger groups.
