We have an EXTERNAL security camera for added peace of mind. The house is located in a southwest Las Vegas community; it is very safe and located on a dead-end street. House Rules: We love animals, but they'll have to stay at home. No smoking or vaping indoors, but feel free to enjoy it outside. **IMPORTANT** There is a separate entrance through the garage, which leads to a different section of the house. This is a part of the house located on the first floor where the owners stay when they are occasionally in town. Note this is completely separate from the guest area. Other things to note Also, there is a separate entrance. “The backyard is available year-round and features a swimming pool, a barbecue area, and a table where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.” 1. The lamp turns on automatically each day at 4:30 PM and turns off at 5:00 AM. 2. Kindly turn off the lights and any electrical appliances when leaving the home for an extended period. TURN off the living room chandelier when you are not downstairs. 3. We kindly ask that chairs with wheels be used only on the anti-slip mats. 4. The laundry room is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. 5. The backyard gate opens at 9:00 AM and closes at 5:00 PM. 6. If you use the backyard, please make sure the gate is closed behind you. 7. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes downstairs. 12. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
