Step into the great room that has high ceilings, and an open floor plan. The dining table has seats for 6 and flows into the living room. There you will find very comfortable furnishings, a large HDTV, DVD player. The sofa opens into a queen bed making it perfect for extra guests. Also on the first floor is a bedroom. It has a full size bed plus another single (sleeps 3) and a full bathroom that is accessible from the hall. The outside deck has a table for 4 - great for enjoying cool drinks and evening dinners. Upstairs the master bedroom boasts a king size bed, TV, and full bathroom! Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony overlooking the golf course - perfect to relax after a day at the beach. Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply). The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).
