The space This guest space has recently been remodeled to a 1 bedroom space. The spacious bedroom has a queen size bed with new mattress along with fireplace insert on the wall to warm up after a long day out and about. The bathroom has a new stand up shower with a closet and extra towels. Our kitchenette space includes a full-size fridge, 2 top electric burners, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig with k-cups, creamers, and sugar along with all utensils, plates, and glassware. We have a heating and cooling unit throughout. Kitchen table seats 2 comfortably along with an open living space including two swivel cushioned chairs, a couch, Roku TV to stream all your favorites, along with wi-fi throughout the guest space. We also provide a few games for a fun night in. Outside has a grill and table set with two chairs for exclusive use during your stay. The dock by the water has seats for two and is a shared space. Feel free to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine by the lake! Guest access Bungalow renters have their own parking space listed in the parking area and access to the entire apartment and portion of the lawn where there is a table and chairs and grill set up for your use. The larger home on property is rented to guests also, those guests have full access to all of the waterfront, decks, firepit, and etc. The only shared waterfront area is the dock. It will be shared with the renters and families of the larger home also. Please be kind to all our guests during your stay. Other things to note Starter pack of toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bag is provided. We are on a Septic system. This system does not allow for anything other than toilet paper to be flushed down the toilets and no food should be put down the drains. These systems are expensive and costly to repair.
