The fireplace is located on the rooftop deck. Firewood can be purchased locally at roadside stands for approximately $5 per box. There are two barbecue options available: • A gas grill (please bring your own propane tank, which can be refilled in town) • A charcoal grill (briquettes not included) Please note: The pools are not heated & the garage is not accessible to guests at this time. Guest access Guests have access to all areas except the garage. This includes both the Grand Mayan and Mayan resorts. Free parking is available at the resort, which is about a 1-mile drive from the property. Please note, wristbands are required for entry to these areas. Golf is available on-site for an additional fee. Tennis is included. Spa services are also offered for an extra charge. The resort features two restaurants, a poolside bar, and an indoor bar. The home offers WiFi and three TVs equipped for streaming (Smart TV and Firestick). Oceano is our management company and is available to assist with any questions during your stay. Feel free to bring your own beach gear, chairs, and towels. We recommend purchasing groceries in town before arrival, as resort options are limited. Other things to note Our home is located in a quiet, gated neighbourhood— a peaceful setting perfect for relaxing. We kindly ask all guests to respect the community and follow basic house rules, including no smoking, no parties or events, and quiet hours after 10 PM. You’ll have full access to the property except for the garage, which is off-limits. Guests also enjoy access to both the Grand Mayan and Mayan Resorts, just a 1-mile drive away, with free parking.
