If you’re looking for a relaxing time away from it all, Kelly's Cottage is the perfect place to stay during your vacation to the North Country, any time of the year! Warm & cozy in the autumn & winter months. Cool & relaxing in the spring & summer seasons. Snowmobile trail access (not direct) there is a little bit of private road riding required to get to trail 20 ATV trail access WiFi included during your stay Streaming available on TV The space Located directly across the street from the Connecticut River, Kelly’s Cottage is situated close to the main road that leads you through the town of Pittsburg (Route 3) The house is easy to find and local stores and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute drive in a vehicle ATV TRAIL ACCESS SNOWMOBILE TRAIL ACCESS (not direct) but you can leave the driveway on your sleds to get to the trail. There is a little private road riding required to get to Trail 20. I will provide you with easy to follow, detailed directions. Please be aware that the house is literally right next to the main road so you will hear traffic noise, do not book knowing this and then leave a review about the location. There are neighbors on both sides next door. If you are looking for a private place in the woods, do not book this place. You will be able to hear the calming sounds of the Connecticut River, which is just across the street (unfortunately, there is not an actual view of the river because there are trees bordering the river) SUMMERTIME BONUS: there’s usually a nice soothing breeze too! WINTER BONUS: great spot for deer watching, they love the cedar trees in the woods behind the house Must be able to climb 4 steps to enter front and side doors No cable TV but there is a ROKU to use for streaming with your own personal account info. Just be sure to sign out before you check out. A DVD player & DVD’s are provided for your enjoyment. Plenty of books to read, also there are coloring books and colored pencils, board games, cards, puzzles and dice. Linens are supplied (bedding, towels, hand towels, facecloths, dishcloths) - but if you plan to go swimming/boating etc. please bring your own beach towels Bring your own personal care items, food, & beverages A stovetop kettle, a 12 cup coffee maker, coffee & sugar are provided There is a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and in case of a power outage - there are flashlights and extra batteries Located directly on Route 3 in the Historic village of Pittsburg, NH - about 25 miles south of Canada - so bring along your passport & take a visit to our neighbor country to the north! Located close to the “trophy section” of the Connecticut River. Great spot for a fly fishing trip! Drive approximately 10 miles north to drive along the famous “Moose Alley” to spot some moose! Not far from lots of enjoyable hiking trails Check out the breath taking foliage during Autumn Hunters welcome! There is something fun to do all year round in Pittsburg :) Come for a visit and stay at Kelly’s Cottage! ***ATTENTION PET OWNERS*** I am a dog lover too! I welcome *well behaved house trained* pets...if you plan to bring your pet(s), please let me know ahead of time and remember, it is YOUR responsibility to thoroughly clean up after YOUR pet(s). -Located in the kitchen closet, a broom, dust pan & vacuum are provided so you can thoroughly clean up any left behind dog fur before you check out -Properly dispose of all pet waste -Please keep all pet(s) OFF of the furniture, most importantly including the beds - at all times, thank you in advance :) *If these house rules are not followed, you will be charged a fee of $75.00. 1. I expect ALL pet fur and ALL pet waste to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. I provide a vacuum & a broom & dust pan in the closet in the kitchen for you to use during your stay and before check out in order to thoroughly clean up after your pets. Before you check-out, Kelly's Cottage should be left in the condition it was in when you arrived. You will be charged a fee of $75.00 if this rule is not followed. 2. ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT OFF ALL FURNITURE AT ALL TIMES. If there is evidence of any pets on any furniture, you will be charged a fee of $75.00 3. Accidents happen...If your dog causes damage at Kelly's Cottage, please do the right thing and let me know directly. Then the situation can be addressed and settled either directly with me OR AIRBNB Resolution Center if need be If any of these 3 house rules regarding pets are not followed, you will be charged a fee of $75.00 for EACH rule that is not followed. ****HOUSE RULES: (please follow the house rules - a fee of $75 will be charged if the house rules are not followed) -If something is broken, missing, or not working correctly or if you have any questions or concerns at all, let me know immediately! I will do whatever I can to make it right and fix it ASAP - please do not wait until you review my cabin to mention it -Please show respect for others property and leave the cabin as you found it -Mind your neighbors (quiet hours 10pm-7am) -No smoking inside -DO NOT LITTER -Turn off any lights when not in use -Lock all doors and windows any time that you leave the property -No pets allowed on any furniture at any time -Wash, dry, and put away all dishes before check out -Take trash out to the bins located in the storage shed on the side of the house before check out -Accidents happen.
