This historic single family home has been in our family for over 100 years. You will be steps from the mystic river, downtown shopping, and restaurants. It has been rejuvenated and given fresh paint, new furniture, and charming decor. The space Large rooms, historic charm, and serene decor all combine to make this apartment a place you will not want to leave. Complete with a queen bed, queen sized sleeper sofa, washer, dryer, walk-in closet, full bath, full kitchen, and dining area. Many extras and amenities can be found throughout the house. The dining area features a sliding glass door leading to the back deck. Guests can enjoy grilling outdoors on the new grill and dining outside. Guests with small children will find a pack-n-play, toys, cups, plates, and utensils all suitable for little hands. Upon entering the front door you will walk down the hall into the laundry room which includes a washer and dryer, then turn left into the living room. The bedroom is to the left, kitchen and dining room to the right. The full bathroom is located off the living room. Guest access Guests will be invited to stay on the first floor. The second floor is unoccupied but off limits to guests. Other things to note We provide all confirmed guests with a welcome packet (both via email and hard copy at the house) that details the specifics of the house, house rules, area attractions and restaurants, etc. as well as provide informational pamphlets inside the house.
