A rustic cottage with modern amenities and a bohemian atmosphere. This cozy house is nestled amidst the San Juan National Forest! The most snow in Colorado is only a short distance away with Wolf Creek Ski Area being 20 minutes away. When you are done with your day's adventure the world class Pagosa Hot Springs are just 10 minutes to the west. Hiking, biking, rafting and fishing are also around the corner. This suite is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The space The cottage will greet you with a special gift from a local vendor. Animals are welcome with additional $30 fee per animal. Please let me know so we canyon pet fee. We are 420 friendly, but tobacco is not allowed in the house. Large living room w/ gas fireplace, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, full kitchen with fridge, sink, dishwasher, toaster, and french press. Washer and dryer available for use. Also included is full access to the outdoor spaces with a BBQ, outdoor patio sitting area and fire pit There are 2 Bedrooms that have 2 queen beds, and there is a couch and lounge memory foam twin couch bed. There is a Record Player, TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime. We do have WiFi, so you can stream online if you bring a laptop. We also have a ping pong table and corn hole out back. The BBQ and garden are yours to use as well. The fire pit is available too, but before you decide to have a fire you must check with the local fire department before lighting any fire. Pagosa Springs often has a fire ban starting mid summer because of the arid climate. Other things to note We have many indoor and outdoor plants. In order to keep our plants happy and healthy we will have to drop by to water them on occassion. We will try our best to not interrupt your stay while we take care of our plants. We will give advance notice when we plan on watering. If possible we will reschedule to accommodate your schedule so we don't interrupt your stay!
