Home is set up with a well stocked with cookware ect. Please only eat at dining table. The bedrooms have privacy locks Long term guest are required to keep the home clean their self . Long term has a $200 allowed for utilities any over I will collect from guest. I require a cleaning for minor cleaning with notice for common areas only. To help keep it clean Third area setup in Den for sleeping, for a booked extra guest. With privacy screen & darkening curtains. A beautiful view on the patio enjoy your coffee before work or pleasure! Fee for not complying with guidelines of cleaning while staying of $150 for extra cleaning for LTR. No candles allowed at anytime. Garage access is not allowed no items in the garage to be used except washer, dryer and clothing rack I have SECURITY CAMERAS on the outside of the home at the garage a cam light for safety, on the patio cam light also and an alarm on the home. Please let me know if something breaks. Accidents do happen. If you are working at home please inform me prior to booking my home I would like to know the reason visiting the area Guest access All guest must show Photo profile face forward. All of the house is accessible & only the 2 bedrooms as in listing with a area set up for 3rd guest. Middle room in hall is the owners closet no access to guest at any time Other things to note My home is near all the attractions in Ft Worth, if you like dancing we have Billy Bobs, and the north side area off Main Street which has lots of dancing venues. Also there are wonderful restaurants off 7th street, and in Sundance Square, or the Magnolia area is really nice also. All kinds to choose from.
