There are certain things about the building that I can't change - please read the whole description before booking The space brand new kitchen was installed in November 2020 Guest access entire apartment Other things to note The apartment is 427 sf on the third floor (actual fourth because of the lobby) facing a pretty busy street. Couple mornings a week garbage gets picked up and light sleeper can hear it. Sometimes you can smell an ethnic cooking in the hallway when you exiting an elevator but never in the apartment. Garage parking is located on the second level and to get to the lobby you need to climb two flights of stairs but luggage can be unloaded on the lobby level. The apartment itself is all updated and clean but the building is a little rundown and outdated.
