The entire space is clean, private, and thoughtfully furnished with everything you need to feel right at home. The open-concept living area invites you to relax on the leather sofa after a day at the beach, surrounded by charming, surf-inspired decor. Prepare meals in the full kitchen and enjoy them at the six-seat dining table. This home is your private retreat. Your stay includes: * Private Entrance * 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a pull-out couch in the living room * Full kitchen with all necessary appliances * Private in-unit washer and dryer * Cable, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs * Two quaint patios, one with outdoor seating available for relaxing day or night * Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach * Propane BBQ Grill We also provide all the gear you'll need to become one of the locals: * Boogie board, surfboard, and beach toys * Cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, and a beach/park blanket * Beach towels Traveling with little ones? We have baby gear available, including a pack & play, portable high chair, and both single and double strollers. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which is located on the second story. You can also enjoy the upstairs and downstairs patios and the private one-car garage. Free street parking is also available at the end of the driveway on a first-come, first-served basis. The home is available via self check-in with a smart lock. Other things to note * Stairs Required: Please note the apartment is on the second story and is accessible via a flight of stairs. * Security: For your safety and security, Ring security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. Signs are posted to indicate their presence. * Longer Stays: For extended stays, we may require a cleaning service every 10 days at a reduced rate to keep the home fresh for you. * Minimum Stay: The minimum stay is typically two nights but may be increased to three nights for holiday weekends. * Property Maintenance: Our gardeners visit on Wednesdays.
