Other things to note Booking Requirements: • Signed rental agreement and copy of government-issued ID required within 48 hours of booking • Documents are sent via e-sign after reservation • Must be 25 years or older to book (per insurance requirements) • The booking guest must sign the agreement and be present for the entire stay • We rent to family groups only (no spring break, college, or high school groups) Dogs Welcome: • Up to 2 dogs (70 lbs or less each): $150 + tax • Possible 3rd dog with prior approval (additional fee) • Dogs must be at least 1 year old, up to date on vaccinations, on flea/tick prevention, and house-trained • Please keep dogs off furniture and beds Linens: • Comforters and pillows are provided • Linens included for full week rentals on 8/1-8/8 and 8/15-9/9 • For all other times we can arrange linens for you, just ask!
