For off season rentals from October to January 4WD vehicles are recommended for parking next to the house. Street parking is available if you do not have 4WD. New decks completed in 2024. All new windows doors and siding completed in 2023. The Sea Urchin Inn is oceanfront in South Nags Head @ MP 20.5. Located in a quiet area of the Outer Banks, yet is still close to great local restaurants, shopping, and family attractions with uninterrupted views of the beach and ocean. The space The home is an easy access house with your individualized keyless entry code (no need for keys in your beach shorts). Property Layout: 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - 1 King Bedroom 2 - 1 King Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin Bunks Bedroom 4 - 1 Pyramid Bunk (Double bottom, Twin Top) & 1 Twin Bed 2 full bathrooms Ground Level: Enclosed outside shower and gas grill Bottom Level of Cottage: Second master bedroom with King bed, flat screen smart TV, sliding glass door opens to ocean. Bedroom with 2 Twin Bunks, flat screen smart TV. Bedroom with Pyramid bunk and a twin bed, flat screen smart TV, sliding glass door opens to ocean. Full hall Bathroom with combination tub/shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Top Level: Main King master bedroom with flat screen smart TV, in suite bathroom. Living room with flat screen smart TV and DVD player. Kitchen and dining area. Sliding glass doors open to top deck. Guest access Keyless entry. Guests are given a code unique to their stay which only works during their stay. Other things to note -We allow dogs at a nominal fee of $150 plus tax for up to 2 dogs 70 lbs or less each. An additional 3rd dog may be permitted for an additional fee at owner's discretion. This is our home and we do require that all dogs be at least a year old, up to date on vaccinations, on flea and tick preventative, spayed/neutered and properly trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. -Signed rental agreement and copy of government issued photo ID required within 48 hours of booking. Request will be sent via e-sign. -We supply comforters and pillows. You will need to supply or rent your own linens (bed sheets and towels). There are several companies that handle this in the area and make life easy if you do not want to pack them. You will find them on the deck upon arrival & on departure you will put them back on the deck for pick up.
