This fully equipped independent studio for 2 has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a king size bed, closet, TV, breakfast table, minifridge, microwave oven, A/C and ceiling fan, electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and tableware for 2. There is a park across the street to exercise or just to have a relaxing walk. We are a short drive away from Tec, Valle Alto, San Pedro, malls, hospitals and other places of interest. Please review the rules before booking. The space We are taking all necessary measures for you to have a safe stay. You can access independently taking the keys from a keybox. The studio has two windows and ceiling-fan for ventilation, and we clean and desinfect thoroughly after each guest. The studio is a quiet place, ideal to work or rest. We have internet (50MB) and Netflix on the TV, hairdryer, an iron, and a first-aid kit. There is a coffee machine with courtesy tea and drinking water. You will also find plates, glasses, and pans for simple cooking. There is 1 towel per person, shampoo, bodywash, and toilet paper. Guest access The studio has an independent entrance.
