SEASIDE may be rented as the guest cottage (4), MAIN (8) OR BOTH (12) During the summer months it is rented as one unit Our cottage is RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Plenty of parking, as we are on an acre. The guest quarters includes 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bath, and deck, looking out to the ocean. This is a great area for grandparents, or married children with their children, as it allows for a little separation. Lots of options!⛱ The main cottage has four bedrooms, the guest has two. The space The “SEASIDE” cottage is a place for family and friends to sit and relax, with total privacy. The cottage sits on four lots. Right on the beach!! ⛱ Just step over the dunes, and you are ON THE BEACH! A great placer to have a family reunion. The grocery store is just a few minutes away, and at the start of Charlestown Beach Road, there is a bakery, a deli and an ice cream store...all on the corner, so a one stop gets all three. Great sandwiches at the deli, bakery has amazing croissants! Ice cream cones are always a summer treat. Just across the street, you may rent a kayak to explore the inner pond. There is also a little store for snacks and drinks. Fun for the older children to walk over and grab lunch. Fishing is available at the bridge, or walk the beach to the breachway. Straight out is Block Island. Always a fun trip for the family. Guest access The entire cottage is open to our guests. The main cottage has four bedrooms, … Two upstairs (queens) and full bath., and two downstairs ( bunks and double) and full bath. There are two sitting areas, a dining area, a bar dividing the kitchen from the living room and a bath on the first floor. The guest quarters, has a living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, (a queen and bunk bed), bathroom and deck. The deck spans across the entire front of the cottage, facing the ocean. Other things to note Summer rental ONLY by the week. Sat to Sat. We are able to rent just the guest quarters...(4) just the main (8), or both together. Just a few steps over the dunes, and you are on the beach. Beautiful views and privacy on the deck. The ocean breeze and the view to Block Island is fantastic.
