Victorian Beach House Santa Cruz

We love the old 1876 Victorian for its funky charm and great location. Downtown Santa Cruz is bustling with shops and restaurants. We can bike to the beach and not deal with traffic. Run or ride a bike on West Cliff Drive. Lots to do! I have a load of flyers for all the activities in Sc. The space Downtown Victorian in Santa Cruz. Beach house style. Close to shops and restaurants. Near pacific street where all the restaurants and shops are fun to explore. Six blocks to the Boardwalk and Cowell's Beach - premier spot for surfing lessons. Three bedrooms - master with queen bed and two smaller bedrooms ,one double beds room and one twin with twin trundle bed. Great backyard with picnic table, bbq and outdoor shower. Fully equipped, eat in kitchen with Wedgwood stove. bathroom with shower over bathtub. Bright rooms with high ceiling. No dishwasher but supply paper plates if don't want to use dishes. Fully stocked kitchen. Family friendly -- park across the street, some games in the living room and only dvd player. No cable and Netflix. This is an 1876 Victorian duplex and can hear peoples lightly walking upstairs. The space is the bottom unit and you have complete privacy with a fenced in backyard. There is permit parking in downtown area. We do not have a garage. I have two parking permits for off street parking. Guest access The backyard is private and fenced in. We have a lock box at the back door. Will send code and instructions a few days before arrival. Please confirm you have check in before arrival. Other things to note It is near downtown so sometime people walking home in evening . You can sometimes hear upstairs tenants walking. They have area rugs and are at work full time during week. The police station is a block away and Louden community park across the street. Permit parking on street No cable just Netflix Wifi best service in living room.
