Your private dock is ready the moment you arrive — bring your morning coffee out, fish off the side, or untie the included boat and head out on the water. Two kayaks are also available whenever you want them. Pedal boats are available for rent at the community beach just 100 ft from the house. A community pool sits right next door — open weekends from Memorial Day through late June, then daily through Labor Day. An additional fee of $12 per person per day applies for pool access. We'll always flag any temporary lake conditions before your arrival so there are no surprises. THE OUTDOOR SETUP The brand-new hot tub on the upper deck looks directly out over the lake. The outdoor dining table and wicker couch sectional make the upper deck a natural gathering point from morning coffee through evening drinks. The Weber gas grill, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs complete the picture down by the water. A hammock by the water is there for anyone who needs to do absolutely nothing for a while. Whether it's an afternoon on the boat, dinner on the deck, or a late-night bonfire under the stars — the outdoor space is where the weekend actually happens. GAME ROOM 1 — MAIN LEVEL ENTERTAINMENT LOUNGE The main level lounge is where the evening starts. A full poker and casino table anchors the room — it seats the whole group for a proper game night and converts into a second large dining table when you need the extra space. A jukebox sets the soundtrack. A slot machine keeps things interesting. This room has its own energy and runs as late as the group wants. GAME ROOM 2 — THE BASEMENT Head downstairs and the weekend doesn't stop. A regulation pool table, foosball table, and a 75-inch TV make the basement its own destination. All drivers check in at the welcome center on arrival — bring your driver's license and current vehicle registration. Arriving earlier in the day on Fridays will generally mean a shorter wait, especially around holiday weekends. Once you're registered you come and go freely for the entire stay.
