Cottage in Dayton

Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. Only 2 miles to the lake access. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too. The space If you’ve ever wanted the tiny home experience this is it. Small but not lacking. Everything you need for a great get away, fishing weekend, or just in town to visit family. There are a several steps in the cottage down to the bedroom and kitchen area. It is an open floor plan, so there is no door on the bedroom. Cottage was also the location of a short film production by Lee College student films. Guest access Access through the front door with security code lock. Other things to note All linens provided. Cooking utensils and dishes provided. Keurig coffee provided.
