Entrance is through the gate on the right of the building down gravel path, motion sensor light guides you to 2nd gate to your rental. Efficient, elegant studio apartment with a queen sized wall bed with Select Comfort mattress for adjustable firmness for each person at the touch of your remote control. Cable TV with local stations & Netflix (TV is hidden inside cabinet), Wireless Internet, quiet and efficient heat/air, fully equipped kitchen, large glass walk-in shower with heated floor in bathroom, porcelain tile throughout, a stacking washer/dryer, BBQ and a table for 4 on the patio. Private entrance (pass through 2 gates), one reserved parking space with more available across the street and a keyless entry system. Guests have their own private space. There is another two bedroom rental on the 2nd floor and another studio on the south side. This is a no smoking and no pet property. Age requirement of 21 years and above. We enjoy meeting our guests and when possible try to greet them upon arrival to answer any questions they may have. Since they receive a code to enter the apartment, it isn't necessary to be there on arrival. We do have an office in the same building, and it makes it easier to meet sometime during their stay if we don't meet on arrival. If you love nature, you will enjoy this area! The apartment is right on the water's edge and you will experience high and low tides with birds, (bald eagles and herons are in the area, especially in June), beaver, otters, seals, and of course humans. A marina is underway in the area. A massage therapist is very close and you could walk or drive to your appointment - booking ahead is recommended. A General Store as well as Seabeck Pizza and Turie's coffee are also just a short walk from your location. Hiking, biking, kayaking, exploring several islands and Seattle which is a delightful ferry trip away. You can park and walk on or take you vehicle. WE suggest you check the WA State Ferry schedules especially during holiday season. There is so much to see and do here and yet your home away from home is private, cozy and comfortable. Directions are provided with detailed information we email to our guests. One reserved parking space is available to you with more parking across the street. There is shuttle service from the airport to Silverdale which is only 7 miles from Seabeck. It is best to have a vehicle so you can enjoy the sights around the area. The month of June, we experience the return of bald eagles and herons and purple martins to this area, always a pleasure to watch. The Olympic Mountains offer hiking trails with breath taking views. The area has so much to offer and we suggest checking the Internet for kitsap peninsula website in the binder. Kayak and other water sport rentals are now available and delivered to your location.
