Guest access Our guests get private use of the condo, and use of the common area including pool, pool patio area, and sandy area with the palapas facing the marina. Please note, the pool is not heated, and the jacuzzi is not heated. Other things to note The condo is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator for your convenience. There is also covered stairs located next to the elevator. PLEASE NOTE: There is a balcony with rails that is NOT suitable for children under the age of 3 years old who could possibly slip through the rails or fall over the top.
