Our private 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is an ideal getaway for those who want to get back to nature and enjoy the outdoors while keeping modern convenience close. The house is spacious with an open layout. It's perfect for those wanting to enjoy all the outdoor activities and great views. Our home is situated in a family-friendly, quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to everything in South Lake Tahoe. The master bath offers a Jacuzzi Tub. Transient taxes are included. VHR Permit #2493 The space Our home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood nestled in the woods of South Lake Tahoe. It's a great location for family gatherings and weekend getaways. The house is only 10 minutes away from just about everything in town (beaches, casinos, downtown, restaurant, shops, and ski resorts). The Upper Truckee River is a short hike from house in addition to some great mountain biking (Corral Trail and Mr. Toads Wild Ride) and hiking trails as well. You can always just relax at the house, enjoy a BBQ on the deck with some nice views and the Lake Tahoe breeze. Upstairs boasts a beautiful/modern kitchen, family room with Sony big screen TV, gas fireplace, and a large master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and two (2) large closets. There is also a deck off of the family room with a gas BBQ and table with four (4) chairs. The laundry room is located upstairs as well with a closet chalked full of extra house supplies. Downstairs offers 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The first bedroom has a trundle bed while the second bedroom has queen bed. The third downstairs bedroom has a full and twin bed as well as a big closet. Park your car(s) in the two car garage and feel free to take the snow sleds for a spin if you so desire. Our house is well equipped with all the conveniences of home from modern kitchen appliances to soft linens/towels. We also have a closet full of board games along with some kids books and toys. All you have to do is bring your suitcases, outdoor gear, and great attitudes! Book our home and enjoy Lake Tahoe! Other things to note Summer is bear season in Lake Tahoe so make sure to put all trash in bear-proof garbage cans as well as don't leave any food in your car(s).
