Our home features a panoramic ocean view, vaulted wood-beam ceilings, a 55'' flat screen with Apple TV, updated kitchen, comfortable beds, and a modern touch of Mexican decor throughout. Guest access You can access the entire house, parking spaces, the pool and hot-tub, tennis courts, shuffle board, small playground, and private sandy beach. PLEASE NOTE: Las Gaviotas HOA has strict rules regarding the number of guests. Any additional guests or day visitors will either be turned away at the front gate or fined. Las Gaviotas HOA also has a strict no pet/animal policy. This includes service animals. Any guests who show up with an animal will be turned away at the gate.
