Amelia Lofts are located in Frontera, Coahuila, the sister-city of the larger Monclova which is only minutes away. We offer beautiful rooms within a private, communally-shared space. Locked behind a large gate, our spacious courtyard faces all nine rooms on two floors. Every unit offers all commodities, has on-call staff, and is designed with your ultimate experience in mind. Ideal for those seeking vacation, work-related travel, security, privacy and exceptional service. We will not disappoint. The space Apartment #1 is one of three ground-level units. A nicely decorated open room complete with its own full kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove, toaster, premium coffee + coffee maker) and luxury mini-bathroom; ultra-soft Turkish cotton bath towels and high-quality toiletries to exceptionalize your stay. Every Amelia Lofts unit is equipped with its own AC, Smart TV (Netflix + 60-channel cable TV service) and private Wi-Fi. This unit comes with one parking space in front of the premises, limited to one of your vehicles. Our laundry room is shared between Amelia Lofts' guests. Two quality washers and dryers in order to speed things up and ease your potential wait time. You will have a communal courtyard/patio area, complete with a BBQ charcoal grill and lounge room. We ask all of our guests to be mindful of their neighbors in order to provide a great experience for everyone. House and property rules will be detailed in an organized binder available to every room. Guest access All guests will receive a Welcome message on the day of their arrival around 1:00 pm with all the necessary information and access codes to the complex and their apartment. Other things to note Parking is available in front of the building or along the sidewalk. Parking in front of the building is recommended. It is safe and as in any place it is recommended not to leave anything valuable inside the car, or in sight and to close it well at all times.
