57 island club is 1200 sf & located at the end of the Mariners Cove cul-de-sac in a secluded section of the Island Club & perfect for couples & families w/a common area for yard games. Only 1.5 miles from downtown. Allotment has pool. 2 spaces for car parking. 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Fulls, 1 pullout couch queen, 1 futon) Toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, hand/dish/laundry soap provided. Bring sheets&towels. Pillows & comforters provided. Washer/dryer in house. No extra guests. There is a large smart TV that has the ability for you to log into your amazon, Netflix and other accounts. There is cornhole and a few yard games in shed for guest use. Although you need to bring towels, we have a few emergency spares to use - please just wash them if you need to use them. There is someone on the island to help if you should need anything during your stay. Please be mindful of the air conditioning guidelines because it’s nearly impossible to get a service person out to the island on the weekend. The Island Club is a great location on the island. Although it is an older allotment on the island and they are all prefabricated homes, my home (and others) offer cute lake charm and a comfortable stay at an affordable rate for the island. Community Pool, wifi, washer/dryer, grill (grilling tools), full kitchen with basic necessities - pots, pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, cups, plates, bowls, silverware and cooking utensils. We have two fans for the bedrooms, iron/ironing board, basic cleaning supplies to clean up any spills or accidents and laundry detergent if you need to wash anything. There is a smart TV with Cable TV. Cornhole is in the shed. Prior to check in, I will email you with all the information you need. You can also rent a golf cart via the island club office. Please remove trash, wash dishes and remove uneaten food from the refrigerator and make sure home looks like when you arrived. Heavy cleaning is provided. A liability form will be required to be signed prior to stay.
