The house functions well so there is no passing into or thru your private area, and rarely through the "living room type area" . There are a desk and storage areas, with drawers. There is more sound in the sleeping area, since only partially solid partition on one wall. It is anticipated that guests are out enjoying the surrounding areas, or working. There are A/C and plenty of fans otherwise. Pick your own breakfast from organic food: Open your patio door and step into the backyard where fruits are there essentially year round. When In season: grapefruits oranges loquats, sapote, guava, tomatoes, macadamia nuts, zucchini, figs, persimmon, pomegranate, etc... Toaster, microwave, dishwasher, etc, refrigerator use. Washer , dryer. Shower/tub. yard. Wi-Fi is fastest available in Anaheim. Although no one has complained there is too much noise, earplugs are always part of the supplies. I use a different bathroom. Bus Stop 1 1/2 blocks away. Bus runs from 5 am to 1130 pm. Day pass for unlimited rides=$6. 12 minute drive to convention center/Disneyland. Uber or Lyft comes in 5 minutes. 6 min drive to train (at the ARtic Transportation Center of Anaheim). Los Angeles: 45 minute drive. 6 blocks from the Santa Ana River Parkway (mountains to seashore). Bike and walking paths. 15 minutes drive from John Wayne airport. , BIG BEAR mountain area paragliding: 90 min drive. 25 min. drive to Pacific ocean/Newport Beach. Close to all conveniences: 3 minute walk to groceries, restaurant, Targett. Also 3 minute walk to Anaheim Town Square shopping mall, gym. (Gold's Gym). Urgent Care Center 5 min. , etc. Often check in and check out can be a little modified, with advance discussion . I will indicate the places in the bathroom and kitchen that are storage areas for you. If consume more than a small snack and you did not buy, then please replace promptly. You have your own fridge. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) seem to do the best for details of public transportation. Anaheim "Artic" Transportation Hub is about 1/2 hour away by public transportation. You can buy online various types of bus passes. Like: Day passes, which entitle a rider unlimited use of Orange county routes for $5/day. If pay on the bus, exact change required.
