The space This is a newly built, large, 800 sq ft, self contained Guest house, with its own private entrance and parking. It sits on 2.5 acre property. All our many guests have given us 5 star ratings and unbelievable feedback, placing us above any other listing in the area. The casita is an open plan, light, spacious living area with a Tempur branded king size bed, double size sofa bed, inflatable bed (on request), kitchenette, TV & Desk. The bathroom has a shower and basin and washing machine & dryer. More than just these amenities however are the top of the line technology features, free for our guests to use such as Amazon Alexa, a Nest to control the room temperature to your personal comfort, a brand new Nespresso espresso machine with unlimited access to coffee and tea, a hair dryer, a top of range shower, top of the range fittings and MORE. We offer a private outdoor seating area so you can take in the breath-taking views that are only available in this wonderful part of the valley. The sunsets against the jaw dropping mountainous landscapes are truly one of a kind. We are offering 2 limited edition FREE tickets to the award winning Phoenix Botanical Gardens to enhance your experience every time you choose to stay with us. We are just a minutes walk from Phoenix Mountain Reserve, which as well as a wonderful hike, shows you the most photogenic, wonderful view of Arizona and the valley. No more than 2 minute drive to the top restaurants in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley as well as a Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Frys right on our doorstep! We are close to multiple malls, including the famous Fashion Square, Camelback mountain attractions and more. Absolutely perfect location without compromising on luxury. Too often Air BnBs compromise on space in order to pursue location, but our open plan and modern setting will make you enjoy the airy interiors. The high-end neighborhood is just a short drive away from restaurants, grocery stores and the Phoenix’s Mountain Preserve, great for hiking. Honey, was a gem and responded immediately to questions. Not only is the casita much larger than the pictures show, the small personal touches and warm hospitality were overwhelming. Sparkling clean with a super comfortable Tempur-pedicure bed. Netflix and Alexa were available to us Honey offered to setup an air mattress, allowing for 3 possibly 4 to stay here. My hunch is this casita will be booked most of the time.
