You'll have full use of all the amenities of the MGM Signatures and MGM Grand including the 6.6 acre MGM Grand Pool area which features five pools, a 1,000 foot long lazy river pool and three Jacuzzis. The condo overlooks MGM's ultra pool, which is steps away from the Signature. Moreover, you will have accesses to the MGM private pools, lounges, restaurants, and the fitness centers in every tower.Starbucks is in hotel lobby. The MGM Signature is connected via walkways directly to the MGM Grand casino and monorail that takes you to all major conventions up and down the “The Strip". The Signature is a non-smoking and non-gaming hotel. However, it still has the convenience of being close to all the action of restaurants, shows and gaming of the strip. It is connected to the MGM by keycard protected walkways and is attached to the conference center, great for business travelers. There is no resort fee by booking through me. DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units, nor should dishes, silverware or any other items found in the units be returned to the MGM. If items are found to be missing, guest will be notified and the cost to replace the item will be subtracted from the security deposit. MGM Resorts Credit Card Requirement: The Signature will place an authorization of $100 per day (up to a maximum of $300) for the incidental deposit.
