Fully furnished villa with a full game room, in private gated community Private pool and spa - all day sun with beautiful sunsets. Perfectly situation to take advantage of both LEGOLAND and Disney. We do not rent to or allow guests that reside within 4 to 5 hours away. There is to be no large gatherings or parties. No pets or service animals allowed due to weak immune system and allergies. Please note that RVs, Trailers, and Campers at not allowed within the gated community. The pool is south facing allowing for long days of sunlight throughout the year. The house is an open floor plan with plenty of room for two families. There is a nice game room for the family to connect while not enjoying the many attractions near by. Guest have access to the entire house and pool area. I am available either through email or my cell phone 24x7. The community is made up of a mix of fulltime residents, and short term rentals. There are a few long term and owner occupied houses. There is a security gate to the community that is manned 24x7. There is parking both in the driveway as well on street parking available up to 4 cars. Pool and spa heat is extra and will be charged only if requested. Fees are adjustable base on gas prices. Last minute request may have additional fees if property manager after the house has been setup for the rental.
