Please enquire about kayaks if interested. Large deck and beautiful bay views. Pristine Smithpoint beach fire island is 4 miles away. We have added a solo stove , let us know when enquiring if you would like to use it and we will leave it out. We have also added a small gas fire pit for fall rentals , we don’t manage propane refills tho please check the tank on arrival. The space House is NOT on Fire Island. :) The entire house is yours except the owners closets. We also use the top shelf of the freezer as an owners shelf. Spacious house with large wrap around deck, stainless steel appliances, 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a queen bed, 2 bedroom with 2 queen beds, also one extra queen bed mattress on upstairs bedroom bed), 2 full baths, a large living room with a single bed and a optional "bedroom" with a full futon mattress in the laundry room.. House does not have air-conditioning. We have standing fans and it also generally has a good breeze from the bay. Surrounded by beautiful Fire Island National Seashore Reserve. 4 miles to Fire Island beach,great walking trails on Fire Island. Great area for fishing, swimming and crabbing. West Hampton beach is a 30 min drive and about 35-40 min drive to local vineyards. Excellent area for kayaking with a launch cove area a block from the house. Transportation :It’s an hour and 20 minutes drive to midtown or 1 hour 40 mins on the train from the local train station (Mastic Shirley Stn). 40 mins to Tanger Outlet Mall and a little less to Splish splash water park. Guest access Entire home except owners closets and except storage underneath the house Other things to note For kids check out Wertheim Wildlife Refuge, Wings Cafe (on a small planes runway), Long Island Steamers and Carmens River Canoe and Kayak lessons. It is a really nice driveway thru holiday lights show running most dates in December at the local Smith Point Beach Fire Island (a few miles away).
