Perched on 22nd Street about 4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk with a quiet courtyard and alley to the rear, this home is an easy five to seven minute walk to the boardwalk and beach attractions. This home is in the Old Beach and ViBe District neighborhood at the Oceanfront and lends direct access to Interstate 264. There are 10 fully-furnished townhomes total on the property available for rent. This house can sleep 8 people comfortably. With 3.5 bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings, private parking on-site, a stacked washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, stocked kitchen and granite counters, pantry storage for your groceries, large walk-in closets with hangers, outdoor shower head for rinsing sand, multiple porches, 2 TVs with Cable (Primary Bedroom and Living Room) and a spacious living room, this house aims to please. All homes are equipped with Free Wifi, basic cable and private parking. There are 2 parking spaces per 4 bedroom house. We provide 2 bath towel sets per bedroom (more available upon request for a linen rental fee). This set contains a wash cloth, hand towel and bath towel. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soaps and other essential cleaning supplies as well. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed. There is a standard coffee maker in each home and the kitchen comes equipped with essentials for cooking and preparing meals. THE LAYOUT Ground Floor You enter through the back door near your parking pad and enter the open concept living room and kitchen. The ground floor features the living area, kitchen, dining room and a half-bath powder room. Second Floor There are 2 private king-size bedrooms on the 2nd floor of this townhome. Each bedroom has access to its own private ensuite bathroom. The primary suite on the second floor also has a balcony accessible through this bedroom. The laundry room is located at the top of the staircase as you make your way to the second floor to the bedrooms. Third Floor As you venture to the 3rd floor, you will see another quiet porch that we have coined the Bird's Nest. This gem overlooks the entire courtyard and gives you a warm sense of place from a bird's eye view. There is a spacious queen-size bedroom and another bedroom with two twin beds. The queen and twin bedrooms share a large, double-sink bathroom located between the two bedrooms in the hallway. This bathroom is a standing shower only, no tub on this level. The queen bedroom has a private, uncovered porch overlooking 22nd Street. All bedrooms have large closets to stay organized, dressers for unpacking and ceiling fans for your comfort. We do not provide TVs in the bedrooms as we hope you vacation like a local and get out and about! So please make a note to bring your tablet or streaming device if you would like to connect in that way on your trip. Our homes are in the heart of the Virginia Beach resort area and walking distance to the best restaurants, nightlife, and live entertainment. The Virginia Beach Convention Center, Sports Center, Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center (MOCA) and the developing Atlantic Park (the 18th Street wave park and concert venue that is scheduled for completion in 2025) are within walking distance as well. In addition, there are golf courses, putt putt golf, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues, grocery stores, parks for children, coffee shops, bars and other entertainment activities nearby within walking or driving distance. Some Important Points. If you have booked a stay longer than 2 weeks, you will be responsible for providing your own bed sheets and bath towels as our linen rental company cannot cover this duration of time. We do offer rentals for the longer reservations, however the cost for linen rentals increases and we are happy to provide that information. For all short-term rentals, we will provide your bed sheets and bath towels. Please pay the pet fee if you are traveling with your four-legged family members. The fee is $100. There are two guaranteed parking spaces for our four bedrooms. With check-in details, we provide information on the municipal parking garages around the neighborhood available for overnight parking should you have an additional car. You cannot park on 22nd Street overnight or you will receive a ticket from the city. We send you a login for your guest app upon booking confirmation. This app gives you access to information and ways to purchase beach, bike or baby gear rentals should you have an interest in those items for your visit. All rental equipment reserved will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure. The baby gear ladies will even meet you at the airport if you need a stroller upon landing! No early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season (May through September). Unless absolutely essential, please plan to adhere to the 4 PM check in and 10:30 AM check out. There are no grills onsite. However, you are welcome to bring one or you may purchase one from the local hardware store a couple blocks North. Please dispose of all supplies and materials and clean up prior to departure. Guest access The whole house is available to you which includes four bedrooms, a large dining area, open concept kitchen and spacious living area. We email check-in instructions to your email on file with Airbnb directly from us. Please note, we release the check-in details one week prior to arrival as long as we have received your signed rental agreement. This agreement is sent via email upon booking confirmation. Other things to note ✨ Cleaning Fee Breakdown: To ensure a spotless and comfortable stay, our cleaning fee covers professional cleaning, fresh linen rentals, and a $89 damage protection fee for peace of mind. This helps us maintain high standards and create the best experience for you! ⏳ Peak Season Policy: Early check-in and late check-out are not available during the busy spring and summer months. If your rental is ready earlier, we’ll be sure to let you know!
