Message for available dates. The home is nestled in a country setting family community in Mt Pleasant Lakeshore sub-division. Located 3 miles from South Haven downtown and beaches. The home is a grand open style with spacious bedrooms & beautifully furnished. The space Message for available dates. This private residence is located in a family friendly country setting. No events, parties allowed. Occupancy is generally for 8 guests or less, maximum 12. If less than 8 guests, message for rates. Additional guests beyond 8 are a per night per person add on. Your family does not have to address crowds of city life. South Haven is a short 10 minute drive. This is a beautiful spacious home with large side yard including deck with barbecue, badminton, large swing, a fire pit and hammock. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels supplied by the owner. The use of owner bicycles included for no extra charge. In the home the rooms are very spacious. One bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bunk bedroom communal sleeping area has 2 bunk beds, full size on bottom (sleeps 2 each) with twin size upper bunk. The 2nd bedroom in which is a communal 2 story room can sleep 6- 8 (bunk beds depending on relationships) including the lofted area . Also in this 2nd bedroom (pictured) is a unique lofted area that can sleep 4 on 2 sofas and 2 air mattresses. Teens love it! The 3rd bedroom/den has a full size futon that can accommodate 2. There is a sofa and love seat in the 3rd bedroom. Sleeps 2 couples. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with an open floor plan to the GreatRoom for dining and lounging. Fireplace for snuggling in the HearthRoom off season. There is central air-conditioning. This home is a fully functioning year round respite. Enjoy the solitude of fall, winter, the peaceful beauty of fall colors. Comfort and relaxation at it's best! A short drive to downtown South Haven provides shopping, antiques, the marina with many restaurants. Several retail large stores and plenty of other quaint retail as desired. Antiquing all over. Visit Sherman's Dairy for ice cream. Downtown So Haven has plenty to see and do including ice cream and lite bites at Captain Nemos. Guest access The house as described is available to our guests including the side yard. Other things to note The area of South Haven includes the downtown for quaint stores for shopping, antiquing, many restaurants, the boat marina and the public beaches of South Haven including the North Beach and South Beach. Situated around the famous South Haven light house. Several wineries available in the area, too.
