Large picture windows in the living room and dining room offer a glimpse into the wildlife at Seabrook. 735 Spinnaker has a kitchen open to the dining room with granite countertops, new cabinets, appliances and more. Features include parquet flooring, deck with gas grill, Smart TV's, DVD player. There is counter seating as well as a dining room table to enjoy each others company. The first floor bedroom sleeps three and has a queen size bed, plus another Twin with a trundle bed, TV and a nearby full bathroom. Upstairs the master bedroom boasts a king size bed, TV, and full bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with distant ocean views - perfect to relax after a day at the beach or gaze at the stars at night. This property has a high efficiency washer - HE laundry detergent recommended (Low-Sud formula). Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply). This is a dog friendly villa for up to (1) dog with required additional pet fee. The beds will be made and clean towels hanging in the bathrooms for your use.
