Guest access Everything is set up for a comfortable and easy stay. – Your room includes a smart TV, air conditioning, a mini-fridge and spacious wardrobes. – Bed linen and towels are provided. – Each bathroom has an amenities kit with a 250ml shower gel–shampoo dispenser, two toilet paper rolls, and a 500ml hand soap dispenser. Self-service laundry facilities are available just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Guests have access only to the private bedroom and private bathroom included in the reservation. All other areas of the house are private and not accessible to guests. During your stay Both check-in and check-out are self-service. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. If you arrive after 10:00 PM, please let us know in advance. At that time, we kindly ask you to respect the rest of the other guests. We offer early check-in, subject to availability in the apartment. This service costs €20 and must be requested at least two days in advance. Please use the Airbnb app to notify us when you have vacated the room. If you do not respect the check-out time, an additional fee of €10 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay. We recommend leaving the keys in the lockbox when you leave the property. If the keys are lost, you will be responsible for the cost of an emergency locksmith service (€180, payable directly to the locksmith before unlocking the apartment). Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in penalties from local authorities. Beds and towels are prepared for the number of guests indicated in the reservation. Hosting more people than those specified in the reservation or bringing temporary visitors to the property is not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property. If we detect smoking in the room, a €45 additional cleaning fee will be charged for curtain and ozone cleaning. Makeup remover wipes are provided.
