Location, location! Enjoy your stay at our townhome located in the resort-like, gated Windsor Hills Community, minutes from the main entrance to Disney. The townhome has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a full en-suite bathroom. Sleeps 8 guests when the living room queen-sized sleeper sofa is used. Also: * Private Pool & lanai * Fully equipped Kitchen with dining for 5 at the dining table * High Chair / Pack n Play * 7-Minute Walk to the Clubhouse Amenities * Fiber wifi is for streaming or gaming The space Our entire townhome is for your use, including the small splash pool in the rear of the home. There is complimentary access to all of the resort clubhouse amenities. The back plunge pool can be heated upon request and there is a pool heat charge of $20/night. Please let me know if you are interested in pool heat when you book. The Windsor Hills community clubhouse offers a community pool with a water slide, a kid's splash-pad play area, a jacuzzi, and a fitness center. There are free movie showings, a putting green, as well as tennis and basketball courts. The resort-style amenities are accessible with a wristband that you receive upon arrival. The clubhouse offers lots to do within the community when you need a staycation from exploring the many nearby theme parks. You will need to show your ID, register your vehicle, and provide the property's address when you first arrive at the security gate. You'll then get a vehicle pass that will expedite entry and exit during your stay. The entire townhouse is yours during your stay and the community amenities are free of charge. This is our home away from home and we want to provide you with the same level of comfort as when we are there. We have an incredibly attentive property management company- Global Resort Homes- that manages the property for us and supplies for your needs during your stay. We would be delighted to host you in our home for your upcoming vacation! Other things to note Global Resort Homes, an affiliate of Marriott Bonvoy-- manages the property for us. I will need to forward your email address to Global for you to receive instructions from them regarding community access and smart keypad access to the townhome. There is a direct check-in option. Approximately two weeks before your arrival, Global Resort Homes will send you an online registration form to complete your check-in in advance. Once completed and returned, you will receive your home access information, which includes a secure, custom code to lock and unlock the home for the duration of your stay. The use of the Windsor Hills Clubhouse is free for all guests. However, you will need to obtain a wristband from the Windsor Hills Welcome Center (adjacent to the clubhouse and pool) by simply providing your name and the townhome address. This will allow you access to the community pool, hot tub, and Sir Windsor AquaVenture (the water slides and splash pad).
