The space The Lavinia House is family friendly with a homey atmosphere. It is very spacious and would be great for a family get-together, business, couples weekend, girl’s getaway, graduations, weddings, etc. The house is one block from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena and is within walking distance to Main St in beautiful downtown Greenville. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a full bathroom. The "Nautical" room with a queen size bed and the "Traditional" room with a king size bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bath. The "Garden" room with a queen bed and the "Mountain" room with a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious for you and your family to enjoy. There is a fully equipped laundry room. Other things to note We would like to ask all guests to take good care of the house. No smoking inside of the house and we would appreciate that noise will be kept to a minimum. We rather not have pets in the house, but are open to discuss your situation.
