Each bedroom has been carefully and lovingly designed for your enjoyment. This is an absolutely beautiful home in downtown Greenville. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, museums, theaters and Falls Park. The house is one block from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. The perfect location if coming to an event at the Arena. The Lavinia House is family friendly with a homey atmosphere. It is very spacious and would be great for a family get-together, business, couples weekend, girl’s getaway, graduations, weddings, etc. The house is one block from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena and is within walking distance to Main St in beautiful downtown Greenville. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a full bathroom. The "Nautical" room with a full size bed and the "Traditional" room with a king size bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bath. The "Garden" room with two twin beds and the "Mountain" room with a queen size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious for you and your family to enjoy. There is a fully equipped laundry room. All guests should get in touch with the host if there is any problem while staying at the Lavinia House. We are just a call away! The neighborhood is super quiet and close to everything. There are supermarkets within five minutes drive. The house is located about 20 minutes to GSP airport, 15 minutes to Furman University, 30 minutes to North Greenville University and 5 minutes to Bob Jones University. The Lavinia House is just 10 minutes walking to the heart of downtown Greenville and 15 minutes to Falls Park. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. You can also bicycle around town and the Swamp Rabbit Trail is a great place to explore by bike, roller skates, running, etc. We would like to ask all guests to take good care of the house. No smoking inside of the house and we would appreciate that noise will be kept to a minimum. We rather not have pets in the house, but are open to discuss your situation.
