Nestled in the heart of the Laurel Highlands and just steps from the Highlands Golf Course, our condo transforms into the perfect base for a skiing and snowboarding adventure at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. Enjoy easy access to the slopes, cozy accommodations, and the excitement of winter in the mountains with shuttle service directly to the ski lodge from right outside the condo. Winter Fun at Seven Springs: Seven Springs Mountain Resort is your go-to destination for winter activities. Hit the slopes with 33 trails and slopes for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. The resort also offers snow tubing, terrain parks, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing for an unforgettable winter experience. The back deck with Polywood furniture provides beautiful winter views, while the large sectional in the family room is perfect for gathering around for games or movies. Shuttle service to Seven Springs Lodge runs continuously on weekends and is on-call during weekdays in the winter season, so you can leave your car parked and focus on fun. Our condo is designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. *Please note that while the hot tub is serviced regularly, we cannot guarantee its availability due to previous guests’ use. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire townhome. Other things to note We have a minimum rental age of 25. All bookings are reviewed before confirmation. We are a family environment. No parties allowed at the unit. Unfortunately due to HOA and insurance regulations, the fireplaces are not able to be used by renters. During the winter months (December - March), bookings cannot check out/in on Saturdays. You must rent for the entire weekend.
