There is a full size kitchen (including dishwasher and many small appliances), a dining table for 4 people, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, comfy sofa with sleeper sofa. The bedroom area has a king-size bed. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is a pay-to-use laundry room located on the ground floor of Building C. The views from your private lanai are much desired, enjoy your morning coffee soaking up the ocean breeze, read a magazine after a morning swim or turn in for the night listening to the waves. The EBT complex is a quiet community with many amenities to offer each guest. EBT has walking trails throughout the grounds with lush landscaping, tennis courts for your use, a large heated pool with lounge chairs, BBQ, coined operated laundry facilities in the lobby, internet access in the lobby and unit. Across the street is a marina. If you are looking to adventure to the Lovers Key state park or the Time Square area of Fort Myers Beach, there is a trolley that will take you back and forth. * We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. * Looking for additional space to rent with friends? During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.
