PLEASE NOTE- we do NOT charge a "resort fee" , however THERE IS A USE FEE OF $15 PER USE OF THE HOT TUB, IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF YOUR BOOKING AND WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE IT WILL WORK, hot tub is mechanical equipment and can break down from time to time. BY ACCEPTING THIS BOOKING YOU HAVE READ THIS ACCEPT AND UNDERSTAND AND AGREE it may or may not be working. The air conditioning is set @73 for all guests; if a guest needs it lower we can accommodate, but to leave prices lower & lower than most other houses we limit to 73 included in the price. Laundry is unlimited for $5 per day and must be activated by 8pm of day two (2) of your stay. Pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge. We provide a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper and other products and for 90% of guests it is more then enough, but depending on how long your stay is you might need more. We do not provide daily maid service.
