One block from Lake Michigan's Oak Beach. Full home with private drive and large yard to relax and play in. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Handrails in full bath with barrier free shower (no tub). Quiet neighborhood. Only 2 blocks from the Stanley Johnston Memorial Park that host many Arts and Craft fairs throughout the summer. Check in, is at 4. Check out is at 11. If you need other accommodations, please let us know. The space Big beautiful yard. We spend a lot of time outdoors. Plenty of shade keeps it cool. Solar lights and a fire pit for spending the evenings outside. Inside is roomy. Large living room, a cozy den, and comfortable bedrooms. It's like coming home. Guest access You have access to almost the full house. One room is closed for cleaning materials. And the basement is closed. There is a full drive way for you to park. Additional Street parking is also available. The huge yard is available for your use. This space is shared with the owners occasionally on weekends who may also access the garage and basement if needed. Other things to note We will supply bath towels and essentials for your use. Please bring your own beach towels. We have a few games and beach toys available for your use. There is a full set of grill tools and gas is supplied for that. Coffee Filters for the Mr. Coffee are also on hand. You supply the firewood if using the firepit. Please be aware that we have security camera/RING on the front door. By the back door there is a security camera mounted on the garage.
