There is a small walkway with a gate on the side where the trash cans are located, but the yard belongs to the neighbors. You can enjoy a beautiful day on the rooftop deck with views of the State House and Naval Academy domes. We are proudly managed by Annapolis Accommodations. Their office is located minutes away from the property and their friendly staff is readily available to take care of any questions or concerns. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. When you walk out the front door, you will be steps from the beautiful Maryland State House. If you walk out and to the left, you will be a short walk from the Annapolis docks, where you will find dining, shops and beautiful views of the water front. The Naval Academy dome is visible from the lovely rooftop deck, and the Naval Academy is an easy walk. This home is perfect for Parents Weekend, Commissioning Week and Navy sporting events! Street parking is available on Cornhill Street for 2 hours during the day and overnight, however please note signs for paying with a mobile app. Parking has changed recently due to one of the city garages being closed for a rebuild. There are other parking garages conveniently located throughout the area. We are no longer able to obtain temporary parking permits in the city of Annapolis. The city has instituted a 2 hr. paid parking on street. You will need the parkmobile app to pay for parking. And I would strongly encourage you to find additional parking information at annapolisparking website ! The Noah Hillman located at 150 Gorman St. will be the closest garage to 56 Cornhill. This is the perfect home for all Naval Academy events, boat shows and any special moments in the Annapolis area. You will be a moment away from the beautiful state capital, a 5 minute walk to the docks (restaurants, shops and bars) and an easy walk to the Naval Academy.
