Other things to note While the home accommodates up to 14 guests, it is located in The Aspens—a peaceful neighborhood with full-time residents. Enforced quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM; however, we kindly ask that guests keep noise at a respectful level at all times. Parties or disturbances will not be tolerated. The upstairs living area features 4 single cots that can be setup upon request. This is a two-story home. Stairs will be required to navigate between the two floors.
