Please note: Information will not be shared with any third parties or used for promotional purposes. -Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely. -Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old. -Age restrictions apply. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place. -There is a Ring Doorbell camera used for 24/7 security purposes. -Please do not throw, hit, or launch anything over the cliff, e.g. hitting golf balls. Evidence of such activity will result in a $500 fine. Thank you for being respectful. -Fireplaces are not available for guest use. -Pool is not heated. -To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. -Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine. -Events: Require Prior Approval + Event Fee based on event specifics. Max of 30 guests (no exceptions), no amplified music and all events must end by 10:00p. Supplemental Event Contract + Refundable Deposit Required. -Please Note: There is a tenant that occupies the garage apartment on the side of the home but there are no shared spaces and the tenant does not have direct access into the home.
