Newly remodeled farmhouse tucked away on 4 acres. Minutes from dozens of local shops and restaurants. A quick 15-20 minute drive from downtown Nashville. Spacious open home for large groups. 12 beds, gorgeous kitchen, and 5 relaxing bedrooms make for a super comfortable stay, sleeps up to 16 guests! Enjoy grilling by the pool, the huge deck & large backyard. Please note pool is open Memorial Day-Labor Day. Refunds & credits will not be given for reasons outside our control, such as weather. The space Primary bedroom has large closet, wall hung TV and full bath. Also a gorgeous view of the deck and pool from that room. Guest bathroom is right off of the main gathering area where there is plenty of seating. Upstairs has double bunk beds and another bed, great for groups of friends and family! Jack and Jill bathrooms separate the bedrooms. The bunk room can be accessed through one of the bedrooms or from downstairs. Front porch is perfect for sipping tea and watching the wildlife go by. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the garage which is where the owner stores some personal possessions.
