Beautifully designed luxurious West Beach home with private pool, large deck, towering oak trees, and only 200 feet from the beach. As of January 2023, there is a new house being constructed at the adjacent property, we do not have the project details or timeline, and current rates are reflective of this information. Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is situated on Kiawah Island’s most historic street, set among magnificent towering oak trees, and is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. This home is designed for entertaining. The main living area is located straight ahead through the arched ceiling flanked with columns and offers plenty of seating with a couch and three chairs, and also has a wall mounted TV. This area is sure to be a favorite gathering place for family and friends. This space opens to the kitchen with custom cabinetry, a two-zone beverage refrigerator, and Viking appliances and the dining area with large dining table with seating for eight. Four bar stools provide additional seating for the kitchen island. The first floor also has a half bathroom. The large master bedroom with beautiful hardwood floors is located on the first floor just off of the living room. This room offers an elegant king size 4 post bed, a very large bathroom with a jetted tub, a spacious shower, His and Hers sinks, and a walk in closet with lots of cabinets for storing your beach wear. The second floor has another living area with a couch, two chairs, a large TV, and a gas fireplace. There is also a small seating area with a kitchenette for enjoying meals or snacks without having to go down to the kitchen. Four additional bedrooms with private bathrooms are located on the second floor as well – two bedrooms with a king size bed, one with two queen beds, and one with two full beds. Behind the living and dining areas are doors which provide access to the pool and large deck with table and chairs separated from the pool by columns. The pool is approximately 18ft x 8ft. A bathroom with sink and shower is located on the deck for easy cleanup after a day of swimming. This home comes with high-speed wireless internet and features a laundry room upstairs and downstairs for your convenience. This pool cannot be heated. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours! Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston where you can enjoy incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, South Carolina aquarium, IMAX Theater, horse drawn carriage rides, and sumptuous dining at many of the fine dining establishments in the city. During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park. However, access to resort pools is restricted to guests renting properties managed directly through the resort. The Village Market is the nearest grocery store, which is located in Freshfields Village about two miles outside the island’s main gate. A small grocery, offering the most basic necessities, is also located within Town Center Market in Kiawah’s East Beach Village. Cars must be parked in the driveway of your rental property. Parking on the grass or landscaped areas is prohibited at all times. All parking must be off-street. Public transportation is not available on the island, but you may arrange for taxi service. After making your reservation, these terms and conditions will be sent to you via email from the rental company for your reference. • Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. • Renter must be at least 25 years old. • Maximum occupancy is outlined in the listing description. • Group events, including, but not limited to, parties, weddings, receptions, and meetings, are not permitted at the rental property. • Renter is responsible for any damages and missing items caused by carelessness or negligence. • Renter must immediately notify rental company of any maintenance issues. • Pets are not permitted unless specified in the listing description along with applicable fees. Renter must obtain prior approval from rental company and pay related fees directly to rental company. • Smoking and open flames are not permitted at the rental property. Fireplaces may not be used. • Renter does not have access to resort-owned and operated pools. • All parking is limited to the number outlined in the listing description and must be off-street. • Storage of bicycles, beach gear, and other personal articles shall not be visible from the street or adjoining properties and must be placed in appropriate storage location overnight. • Noise ordinance is in effect daily from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Full-size vans (such as Sprinter, Transit, etc), RVs, campers, boats, trailers, jet skis, motorcycles, motorized bicycles, segways, and similar are not permitted. • Failure to comply with town rules and regulations may result in fines up to $1000 per citation and will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.
