You are on the second floor. Central air-conditioning, one full bathroom. Please enjoy the beautiful salt water pool with spa, lounge areas in the large garden We take great care of making the space safe from any viruses. We disinfect clean and wash after each guests The pool is not heated but can be for a daily fee of $50, the spa is free to heat. We only use environmentally friendly cleaning supplies the entrance to the apt is up the stairs on the second floor, you will recognize the blue building with orange trim/doors from the street, you have a small seating area in front of the entrance door from where you can look into the garden. Otherwise only the kitchen window looks into the garden. If you bring your pet you have to let me know. there is a $50 fee , if you are more than 4 people I will charge a daily fee for the extra people please let me know before hand thank you. the large garden and pool area is shared w 2 other short term apt.s the area inn front of apt 3 is private to that apt.we are in the tropics it is normal to have some bugs in the apt. Thank you you are welcome to use the garden and salt water pool with spa, there are a few seating areas in the garden under a tree behind the pool area or the table with umbrella at the pool, and lounge chairs, the pool area and garden away from apt.3, are shared areas with the other 2 short term apt. that are available to you. The pool is not automatically heated, the spa is included for you to heat anytime you want if you would like to heat the pool there is a $50 gas fee. You have a washer and dryer in your apt for your use. It takes about a day to heat the pool. The charge for gas starts when we turn on heater call me if you need me! you are very town, restaurants,bars,shopping and beach. the intercostal waters are just 2 min away and there is a beautiful park right at the water, you can keep walking along the water to the bridge to the beach. or turn left to the town center. its the best of both world, an amazing garden with pool, shared with one other apt and the town liveliness close by or a beach day, just walk! you can walk or take uber its a very easy way to get around. you can park on the road next to the building, please no smoking thank you and no parties, please be respectful of other renters and neighbors, no music after 10pm and keep the volume low otherwise. you have about 720 square feet living space
